Cross Country Ranked in National Poll for Third-Consecutive Week

STARKVILLE, Miss. – Entering week three of the 2016 campaign, the Mississippi State women remain in the USTFCCCA's top-30 national poll for the third-consecutive week, coming in at No. 29.
MSU returned from the Commodore Classic with a sixth-place finish, garnering 158 points in the 25-team event. Senior Rhianwedd Price paced the Bulldogs, finishing in 11th place with a time of 17:20.1. On Monday, the USTFCCCA voted MSU No. 2 in the South Region just behind conference foe Vanderbilt, while ranking ahead of Ole Miss, Alabama, Florida State, Florida, Georgia and Auburn.
The Bulldogs will compete again this Saturday at the Griak Invitational in Minneapolis, Minn.
