Lady Bulldog Tennis Set For Road Match At No. 35 LSU

STARKVILLE, Miss. - Mississippi State's Lady Bulldog tennis squad will face its seventh conference opponent of the spring campaign, No. 35 ranked LSU, at 3 p.m. Friday at the Dub Robinson Tennis Stadium in Baton Rouge.

Last week, the Lady Bulldogs (6-9, 0-6 SEC) fell to #2 Florida at home and at #32 South Carolina.

Alexandra Perper, ranked 114th nationally in singles, continues to lead State at the No. 1 position. Olivia Howlett, who was named last week's SEC Player of the Week, will lead the Lady Tigers.

LSU (10-7, 3-3 SEC) holds a 25-9 advantage against the Bulldogs all-time.
