CAREER: Enrolled at Mississippi State in January 2013 and became one of the biggest impact transfers in all of college softball in two years with the Bulldogs ... Earned a place on the National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-South Region Second Team in 2013 ... Transferred from the University of North Carolina, where she established herself as one of the top offensive threats in the Atlantic Coast Conference in her first two seasons ... Did not slow down at MSU, finishing her career ranked among the Mississippi State top 10 in career slugging percentage (.536/fifth) and home runs (20/seventh) ... 2013: In first year with the program, led the squad with 53 hits, 13 home runs and 103 total bases while standing second on the squad with a .602 slugging percentage, .310 batting average, 30 runs scored, 39 runs batted in and 11 doubles ... The 13 long balls are tied for the fifth most in a year in program history while 0.23 homers per game are the fourth-best mark for an MSU player ... Defensively, caught six runners stealing and tallied 50 assists, the second most on the squad ... Started all 57 games, 38 at third base, 18 catching and one as the designated player ... 2011 (AT NORTH CAROLINA): Despite suffering from mononucleosis, bronchitis, pneumonia, a dislocated left shoulder and an eye injury that resulted in seven stitches during her first two semesters, still hit .301 with 28 hits in 93 at-bats in 47 games (38 starts) for the Tar Heels ... Led the Blue and White to the ACC Championship game and the best season in more than a decade ... Named to the 2011 All-ACC Tournament Team ... Knocked in 22 teammates thanks to six doubles and four home runs, while also scoring 15 times and walking 21 times ... Her .441 on-base percentage as a freshman was top 10 in school history ... Made 37 starts at shortstop with one at third base ... Registered first career hit and run scored against Buffalo (Feb. 12) ... Tallied initial walk in game two of doubleheader versus UNC Wilmington (Feb. 23) ... Recorded first RBI of career against Georgetown (Feb. 25) to go along with a walk and a run scored ...
