Three Lady Bulldogs Earn All-American Scholar Honors

STARKVILLE, Miss. - Three Lady Bulldog golfers were named to the National Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar team, head coach Ginger Brown-Lemm announced Friday. Freshmen Ally McDonald, Rica Tse and Elena Warren were given the nod of All-American Scholars due to their great performance on and off the course this past season.

McDonald, who is undeclared, wrapped up a superb freshman season with an appearance in the NCAA West Regional, while also being named to the All-SEC Freshman team and grabbing the Mississippi Women’s Golf Association state championship this summer. Tse, an economics major, and Warren, who is studying mechanical engineering, put together impressive freshmen seasons as well and hope to help lead a stellar Lady Bulldog freshman class to a promising future.

The Lady Bulldogs will open up their 2012-2013 season on September, 10th as they host the Old Waverly Bulldog Invitational at Old Waverly Golf Course in West Point, Miss.
