Men's Golf Travels To Memphis For Regular Season Finale

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - For one last tune up before the SEC Championship, the Mississippi Men's golf team travels to the par-72, 7,334-yard Colonial Country Club for the Memphis Intercollegiate.

The Bulldogs will face SEC-foe Vanderbilt in Memphis as well as in-state counterpart Southern Miss. Other members of the field include Memphis, Arkasnsas State, UALR, Akron, Kennesaw State, LA Tech, Middle Tennessee State, South Alabama and UAB.

Coach Clay Homan will send Chad Ramey, Alex Rowland, Axel Boasson, John Darden and Clay Bounds to the Volunteer State.

Ramey and Rowland have been MSU's most consistent players and own Top 25 SEC scoring averages. Ramey's 72.28 is 15th-lowest overall and sixth-best among underclassmen.

Live stats will be available through HailState.com beginning with Monday's 8 a.m. shotgun start. Second round will begin immediately after round one with third- and final-round action at 8 a.m. Tuesday.
