MEMPHIS, Tenn. – All of Mississippi State’s 106 football players reported in at The Peabody Memphis hotel by the team’s 6 p.m. Sunday deadline, setting in motion the Bulldogs’ game-week practices for the 49th AutoZone Liberty Bowl vs. UCF at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium here.

The team received room assignments and met shortly after that 6 p.m. deadline, receiving its practice plans and game-week event schedule.  The team was also distributed the school’s bowl gifts, and MSU head football coach Sylvester Croom reviewed the team’s rules and regulations for the week.

State’s players enjoyed the first of two days with no curfew, although their attendance will be required at the team breakfast Monday morning at 7:30.  The Bulldogs will practice for the first time Monday at 10:15 a.m. at Rhodes College, approximately five miles from their Peabody headquarters.
