The equipment staff consists of three full-time members, one graduate assistant and thirteen student managers who interact with players and coaches daily. The job of the student manager is to distribute apparel and setup equipment for daily practices. The head equipment manager, along with the two graduate assistants, maintain inventories and oversee the ordering of all apparel and equipment.

Equipment Room

The MSU Equipment Room is located in the newly-built Holliman Center, which is adjacent to the Shira Fieldhouse. The new equipment room is state of the art, incorporating new technologies in the industry. The use of Spacesaver Corp. and SportSoft Inc. inventory systems have greatly improved the efficiency of the department.

MSU's state-of-the-art Spacesaver inventory units allow for excellent organization and greater efficiency in managing the Bulldogs' equipment.

The Bulldogs' athletic apparel is processed in commercial-sized washers and dryers.

Mississippi State's athletic teams are provided official apparel from Adidas.
