STARKVILLE, Miss. - Mississippi State softball returns home after a five-game road trip to Florida and looks to extend its season-opening winning streak this week with four home games.
Be here for every strike, home run and stolen base as the Bulldogs welcome Central Arkansas and Iowa to Starkville. Wednesday at 3 p.m. CT MSU takes on the Bears before welcoming Iowa for a three-game weekend series. The Hawkeyes and Bulldogs play at 3 p.m. Friday and Saturday and a 10 a.m. contest Sunday wraps up the set.

The Bulldogs are off to the third-best start in program history at 10-0 and a Wednesday victory would tie the 2008 squad for the second-best beginning to a year.

Weekday games this season are home to great deals from our concession stand with $2 hot dogs and $2 popcorn. Numerous giveaways will also be featured throughout the contest.

At Friday's series opener, HailState water bottles will be given away to the first 100 fans who enter the stadium.
Saturday will be Girl Scout Day. Softball girl scout patches will be presented to the scouts in the stands.

Every Sunday this spring at the MSU Softball Stadium is K
ids Day. At the field will be FREE face tattoos and ice cream for fans and kids in eighth grade and under can run the bases after the game.
