STARKVILLE, Miss. – Mississippi State wraps its first SEC road trip Sunday afternoon with a trek to Baton Rouge to meet LSU in a 1 p.m. kickoff.

The Bulldogs meet the Tigers looking to bounce back from a tough setback at Texas A&M Friday that dropped Aaron Gordon’s squad to 3-6 overall and 0-2 in league play.

Senior Elisabeth Sullivan looks to get back on the scoring track after being limited to one shot against a tough Aggie defense on Friday.

Sullivan has enjoyed a stellar campaign for the Dawgs, striking a league third-most nine goals.

Freshman Annebel ten Broeke will look to put her in scoring position as she has done a number of times this season. The Amsterdam, Netherlands, native rates third in the league with six assists.

Senior CJ Winship and freshman Meara Johnson split time in goal Friday night. Winship raised her season saves total to 31, while Johnson collected four to tally 15 on the year.

Mississippi State and LSU have each scored 15 goals this season. Emma Fletcher, who leads LSU with five assists, tallied her first goal of the year Friday night before Tennessee equalized in the 64th minute.

Fernanda Pina leads LSU (5-3-2 overall, 1-0-1 SEC) with four goals, while Alex Arlitt follows right behind with a pair of goals and three assists.

Megan Kinneman has seen all but six minutes in goal this season, halting 35 shots while surrendering 12 goals.
