STARKVILLE, Miss. - Head coach Aaron Gordon's Mississippi State soccer team opens a five-match spring slate Saturday with a trip to Atlanta to face Georgia State.

Kickoff for the contest is slated for 10 a.m. CT.

Saturday's contest begins a spring exhibition slate that includes two home contests. The Bulldogs host Jackson State April 6 at 1 p.m. and Southern Miss at 11 a.m. on April 20 as part of Super Bulldog Weekend presented by Regions Bank.

"We are excited to have the opportunity to play five games this spring, especially twice at home," Gordon said. "These games will give us a good chance to get a look at our team and start developing chemistry for the fall."

The spring slate also includes a noon contest at Memphis on March 23 and a 4 p.m. meeting against Northwestern State in Jackson on April 13.
