STARKVILLE, Miss. - Due to forecasts for wind-chilled temperatures in the Starkville area Friday night, the game time for the March 1 Mississippi State-Saint Joseph's baseball game has been moved to 4 p.m. (CST). The opening contest of the four-game series had been originally set for a 6:30 p.m. start.

The Bulldogs and the Hawks meet in a Saturday twinbill beginning at 12 p.m. and conclude their first-ever series on the diamond with a 1:30 p.m. game Sunday.

Mississippi State begins the week with top 10 status in three national polls, including a No. 5 ranking by Baseball America.
