State Hosts 'Bama In 1:30 P.M. Match Sunday

Dani McCree matched a season-best with 11 kills and team kills leader Taylor Scott added 10 kills as State dropped a 3-0 decision (25-18, 25-21, 25-17) to defending SEC champion Tennessee. Sophomore setter Rachel Williams totaled a season-high 34 assists in her fourth start of the season as MSU tallied nine-match highs in kills and attack percentage.
Alabama bowed to SEC West-leading Texas A&M in College Station Friday (25-17, 25-22, 25-21).
SEC digs leader Roxanne McVey totaled 17 scoops in Friday's match against UT, raising her rookie season total to 437, ninth-most in a season by a Mississippi State player.
