McDonald, Gallagher Finish Play At Pure Silk Team Championship

POWELL, Ohio - Mississippi State's Ally McDonald and Mary Langdon Gallagher posted a strong finish in Thursday's final round at the Pure Silk Women's Collegiate Team Championship at the Wedgewood Golf and Country Club to end the three-day event tied for the 17th spot among the 54 teams that competed.

The Lady Bulldog duo combined for a 10-over par score in the team stroke format to total a 300 score (+12) for the tournament.

McDonald will stay in Ohio to compete at the U.S. Women's Amateur Championship Aug. 6-12. The prestigious tournament will be played at the Country Club in Pepper Pike, Ohio.
