Game Times Set For Early Season Contests

STARKVILLE, Miss. - Mississippi State's 2012 season opener against Jackson State will kick off at 6 p.m. and its Southeastern Conference lidlifter against Auburn will commence at 11 a.m., the Southeastern Conference announced on Monday.

The Jackson State game will be televised by Fox Sports Net, and shown locally on Fox Sports South. The SEC opener against Auburn will be broadcast on ESPN.

The SEC released kickoff times for the first three weeks of the season on Monday. As previously announced, the Bulldogs' Week 3 game at Troy is scheduled for 6 p.m. on ESPN3 as part of the Sun Belt Conference television package.
