STARKVILLE, Miss. - Mississippi State's regular-season ending football game at arch rival Ole Miss on Nov. 27 in Oxford will kickoff at 6 p.m. CT and be televised by ESPNU, the Southeastern Conference announced Monday.

The MSU-UM series dates back to 1901, when Mississippi A&M downed the Rebels 17-0 in Starkville. State has claimed three of the five Egg Bowls and reclaimed the trophy with a 41-27 victory last season at Davis Wade Stadium.

The 6 p.m. kickoff will mark the first time since 2003 the contest will be played at night.
